Our history
1996
JSC “Okseta” started wholesaling light petroleum products.
1997
JSC “Okseta” started retail trade in oil products at its own and rented gas stations.
2005
JSC “Okseta” built and started operating an oil products terminal in Vilnius.
2006
At this time JSC “Okseta” already employed approximately 30 technical maintenance engineers and technicians providing gas stations maintenance services.
2008
JSC “Okseta” built the “ORANGE office”, a 15,000 sq. m. business centre in Vilnius, where modern offices are available for rent.
2009
JSC “Okseta” acquired the Kaunas oil products terminal. The company’s administration moves there.
2010
JSC “Okseta” became a certified construction company, being able to carry out special construction works (pipeline welding, installation of structures and technological equipment, industrial painting).
2018
JSC “Okseta” acquires the Kėdainiai oil products terminal.
2019
JSC “Okseta” acquires the Panevėžys oil products terminal.
JSC “Okseta” owns 16 petrol stations, which have been outsourced to other fuel retailers.
JSC “Okseta” is a modern and dynamic company operating according to LEAN methodology and ISO standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems) we take pride in being able to adapt to changes in business and environment.
